With over 25 years in the glossy media industry, Natalia Dunayskaya has built a remarkable career shaping the future of fashion publishing in Ukraine and expanding into international markets.

As CEO of DP Media and Publisher of ELLE Ukraine, she has demonstrated extraordinary leadership and resilience. She successfully launched and continues to lead some of the country’s most iconic magazines, including Harper’s Bazaar and Cosmopolitan, both introduced during the full-scale war.

Her leadership extends to the Polish market as CEO of DOMIO PUBLISHING POLAND, where she oversees the successful launch and publishing of AD POLAND under license from Condé Nast. Her vision, creativity, and steadfastness continue to set a powerful example for the media industry, proving that true vision shines brightest in times of challenge.

With over 15 years of experience, Julia Danilova is an international leader and entrepreneur, bridges the worlds of luxury media, high-end interior design, and professional development. She is the driving force behind DOMIO Group, with showrooms in Kyiv and Warsaw creating premium interiors across Europe. As Co-Founder of YDF Interiors in London’s Knightsbridge, Julia established a landmark design destination, delivering ambitious projects worldwide and fostering communities for interior design professionals and connoisseurs.

Julia has played a pivotal role in advancing the interior design profession in Ukraine and connecting it to the global scene. She introduced the Society of British and International Design (SBID) to Ukraine, serving as its Director, and proactively led the launch of ELLE Decoration Ukraine and Architectural Digest Poland, positioning the country within the international design media landscape.

Sonya is a recognized expert in contemporary fashion journalism, leveraging earlier experience in television journalism (1997–2001) and advertising production (2001–2003). As Brand Director, she drives the creative direction and market presence of ELLE and ELLE DECORATION Ukraine.

Zabuga is an active and respected member of the expert jury for the Ukrainian Best Fashion Awards and serves as a jury member for the annual international "Created by Women" prize under the patronage of CCIFU, which supports female business activities and initiatives. She also actively participates in projects dedicated to promoting Ukraine’s cultural image on the international stage.
